Voy a decir la verdad, no me aporta gran cosa\u2026 Me da pena admitirlo y peor escribirlo pero es la mera verdad. Desafortunadamente en nuestra profesi\u00f3n, este tipo de t\u00edtulos son un <em class=\"markup--em markup--p-em\">benchmark <\/em>que aportan poco m\u00e1s que un papelito, a mi punto de vista.<\/p>\n<p name=\"2350\" id=\"2350\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\">Estamos en un negocio tan din\u00e1mico donde todos los d\u00edas nos sentamos enfrente de seres humanos, que este tipo de educaci\u00f3n aplica m\u00e1s para un entorno est\u00e1tico. Decid\u00ed continuarlo porque estoy a nada de recibir la acreditaci\u00f3n para graduarme. Prefiero pensar que es mejor terminar lo que uno empieza a dejarlo a medias s\u00f3lo porque no me encanta.<\/p>\n<figure><img alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/600\/1*0Dg18SWN2S9iCskkZvuZGg.jpeg\" \/><figcaption>LinkedIn<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p name=\"dd6b\" id=\"dd6b\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--figure\">En otro tema, estoy impresionado con el poder de las redes sociales. Lanc\u00e9 la semana pasada una oferta de trabajo para Administrador(a) en LinkedIn. Fue una especie de prueba porque no es urgente la vacante pero quer\u00eda conocer un poco el funcionamiento y cuanta gente contestaba. Para mi grata sorpresa, recib\u00ed una cantidad importante de CVs y lo primero que identifiqu\u00e9 fueron varios que considero estaban sobre-calificados. No s\u00e9 si no leyeron bien la vacante o de plano est\u00e1n tan frustrados con su trabajo actual, que a\u00fan as\u00ed le hicieron <em class=\"markup--em markup--p-em\">click<\/em> al puesto\u200a\u2014\u200aquiero pensar que no leyeron que es un puesto \u201centry-level\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 name=\"33c8\" id=\"33c8\" class=\"graf graf--h3 graf-after--p\">Podcasts de la\u00a0semana<\/h3>\n<p name=\"1caa\" id=\"1caa\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--h3\"><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">1.<\/strong> Para los que estamos en las ventas, siempre hab\u00eda escuchado la frase \u201cAlways Be Closing\u201d.
